Hemocure Return and Refund Policy

1. Preamble

This Cancellation and Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between Hemocure for Medical Services and the users of its platform. This policy is designed to govern the booking, cancellation, and refund processes for our online medical consultation services, ensuring transparency, fairness, and efficiency for both parties. By booking an appointment or making a payment on the platform, the user explicitly acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Definitions

Unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

  • The Company / Hemocure: Hemocure for Medical Services, the owner, operator of the platform, and provider of the consultation services.

  • The Platform: The official website or mobile application owned by Hemocure through which appointments are booked and conducted.

  • The User / Patient: Any natural person who creates an account on the platform or uses it to book a medical appointment for themselves or a third party.

  • The Service / Online Consultation: The remote medical consultation service provided by the company's physicians via approved visual or audio communication tools on the platform.

  • The Doctor / Physician: The qualified and licensed medical practitioner registered with Hemocure to provide medical care and advice through the platform.

  • Actual Booking Time: The exact date and time the patient successfully completed the payment for the consultation fee on the platform.

  • Scheduled Appointment: The specific pre-selected time and date for the virtual medical session between the doctor and the patient.

3. Scope of Service

  • This policy applies strictly and exclusively to our Online Consultation service.

  • It does not apply to any physical in-clinic or in-hospital medical services.

4. Refund Eligibility

A patient is entitled to a full refund under the following condition only:

  • Doctor’s Cancellation: If the appointment is canceled or called off by the attending physician or the management of Hemocure, the patient will receive a 100% refund of the paid fees.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Patient No-Show: If the patient fails to attend the scheduled online consultation session without prior official cancellation, they forfeit their right to any refund.

  • Dissatisfaction with Medical Opinion: The online consultation is a professional medical service based on clinical diagnosis and scientific expertise. Once the session is completed and the doctor’s opinion is delivered, the patient is not entitled to a refund based on personal dissatisfaction with the medical advice or diagnosis provided.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • The patient can cancel or reschedule the appointment and receive a full refund, provided that the request is made within 24 hours of the actual booking time, and reasonably before the scheduled appointment.

  • Once 24 hours have passed from the actual booking time, the appointment is considered final and non-refundable, except in the case of a doctor's cancellation as stated in Section 4.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

  • Please note that bank and payment gateway processing times may vary and can take between 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
