HEMOCURE OBTAINED THE ISO CERTIFICATE

Hemocure has obtained the ISO certificate (INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR STANDARDIZATION 9001/2015)

Known as the ISO, which is known as (Quality Management Certificate)

What is the Quality Management Certificate that is also known as the ISO certification?

The ISO certificate is defined as an acknowledgment that the product, service, or institution fulfills the specified international quality requirements, which would raise the level of credibility of the institution for the clients, and it can be considered as a guarantee and confirmation from a third party that the entity that implements the ISO system fulfills all legal requirements for quality.

The ISO certificate is separated into many sections according to the international standards assigned to each of them, where some bodies are authorized to grant ISO certificates to sectors based on the application of many specifications and standards. These bodies are called donors and are mediators between the ISO organization and various sectors in the world. Some examples of ISO certificates are certificate ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. The ISO 9001 system focuses on the compatibility of products or services provided by an entity with the specifications needed by the customers to satisfy them, and this is the certification obtained by Hemocure.

There are also many types of international ISO certificates, as they differ in specialization and field.

In this regard, it is worth noting that Hemocure obtained the ISO 9001 certificate, which is concerned with quality management, in the 2015 version, which is the latest version of the quality certificate.

What are the benefits of the ISO certificate for Hemocure?

The ISO 9001 certification is the basis for all administrative systems, as the ISO 9001 certification motivates the organization to continuously evaluate its services and improve its performance, and reduces the percentage of low-quality services, thus reducing complaints rates and avoiding issues. This is reflected in Hemocure through increasing the rate of experience, quality of work, and performance of the work team within all departments, which in turn develops the institution for the better.
